Rocky Mountain Accommodation History
Rocky Mountain Accommodations (RMA) started out in 2001 with one or two units in Kimberley at McGinty Landing. Going on ten years later we are approaching fifty units in four complexes and several individual chalets in Kimberley. As of November 1st, 2009 we are in business in Radium Hot Springs and Invermere with an additional thirty five units in five complexes.
Since 2008 we have developed our hot tub, pool and maintenance business which is thriving in Kimberley under the management of our new partner, Tony Harris contributing in a major way to our success in this area. We are looking forward to some very good years in Kimberley and Radium / Invermere.
For the first time in the history of the business we have found the confidence to be able to actually say what we always knew that we can do absolutely the best job for you the property owner, compared to any other management company. Care and control of our rental partners accounting and their significant property investment is what we take total responsibility for.
